Our Online Booking platform is intended to provide a service provider’s availability in real-time, it is possible that a scheduling conflict may occur that requires that your service reservation to be rescheduled. In the event this occurs, you will be contacted by our Guest Experience Team as soon as possible after they are made aware of the conflict, and within normal business operation hours. Creation of a reservation using this Online Booking platform is not a guarantee that the appointment will be honored.
You must create a user account to schedule reservations at The Spa on West Main via the Online Booking platform. You agree that information you provide when creating a user account at the website is true and accurate, and that you will update this information promptly should it change.
Failure to provide accurate information is a breach of these Terms of Service. You are solely responsible for the activity that occurs on your account, and you must keep your account password confidential and secure.
You must notify The Spa on West Main immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account. You agree that we may attribute to you all use that occurs under your account and password, and you will be legally bound by the transactions that occur under your account even if the person using your password had no actual authority.
Any personal information saved in your user account for the purpose of scheduling reservations through our Online Booking platform will be collected, stored and utilized according to our Privacy Policy.
When you schedule a reservation at The Spa on West Main you agree that you will either show up for your reservation as scheduled, or cancel your reservation, according to our Cancellation Policy.
You agree that you are at least 18 years of age and otherwise are eligible to schedule reservations with The Spa on West Main.
You agree that your use of the Website is at your own risk. Although The Spa on West Main will not be liable for your losses caused by any unauthorized use of your account, you may be liable for the losses of The Spa on West Main or others due to such unauthorized use.
You agree that you will not use this Online Booking platform to impersonate or schedule reservations on behalf of another individual.
The Spa on West Main cannot guarantee availability of the Website and Online Booking platform to any user.
When you create a reservation through the Online Booking platform, you are entering into a business relationship with The Spa on West Main. You agree that as a result of this business relationship, The Spa on West Main can contact you via e-mail or other means to confirm details of the reservation, notify you of cancellations, or communicate other information relevant to your reservation and the business relationship. You agree that these e-mail communications do not constitute unsolicited e-mail (sometimes referred to as ‘SPAM’) and as such are not subject to the terms of the Website’s unsubscribe policy.
You also agree that you may not receive these messages in a timely manner (if at all) due to server error, ISP error, Internet traffic, e-mail filters, or any other circumstances.
Failure to receive or read a courtesy reservation message will in no way absolve you from fulfilling your reservation responsibilities to The Spa on West Main (attending the reservation or canceling the reservation according to The Spa on West Main Cancellation Policy.
The Site and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by The Spa on West Main, LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
We may terminate your access to the Online Booking platform without cause or notice, which may result in the forfeiture and destruction of all information associated with your account. All provisions of this Agreement that, by their nature, should survive termination, will survive termination.
When using a Gift Certificate, purchased in person or online, you must present it at your appointment time. The gift certificate can be used to purchase goods and services at The Spa on West Main. A certificate can also be used as a form of payment when scheduling an appointment per our Cancellation Policy. It cannot be used to purchase other gift certificates. The purchase amount will be deducted from the value of the certificate. Value can be added at any time. The certificate is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. This certificate will not be replaced if lost, stolen, or damaged. The card holder agrees to all terms and conditions.
The company reserves the right to change these conditions from time to time as it sees fit and your continued use of the site will signify your acceptance of any adjustment to these terms. If there are any changes to our privacy policy, we will announce that these changes have been made on our home page and on other key pages on our site. If there are any changes in how we use our site customers’ Personally Identifiable Information, notification by email or postal mail will be made to those affected by the change. Any changes to our privacy policy will be posted on our site 30 days prior to these changes taking place. You are therefore advised to re-read this statement on a regular basis.
By accessing and using this Website, eGift, and Online Booking platform, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement. In addition, when using these services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.
