Our Massage Therapists perform various therapies aimed at relieving stress and sore muscles in their guests; and helping people relax and unwind.

The right candidate will need to have the following qualifications, and be able to perform the following duties and tasks:

• Must be Licensed in Maryland as an LMT or RMP and able to pass a background or reference check.
• Certified in Adult CPR/AED and First Aid by the American Heart Association, American Red Cross, or American Safety & Health Institute. 
• Provide quality therapeutic bodywork that satisfies guest needs within the State of Maryland scope of practice and licensing guidelines.
• Customize massage services within The Spa’s approved policies, protocols, and modalities to craft truly personalized sessions.
• Ensure guest experience is safeguarded, maintaining client confidentiality and upholding commitment to safety.
• Embrace The Spa’s core values of unity, honesty, kindness, positivity, responsibility, and gratitude. 
• Protect the workplace culture by recognizing and supporting team goals and building positive relationships with team members.
• Perform consecutive quality massage therapy sessions where applicable. 
• Educate guests and raise awareness about the health and wellness benefits of regular massage therapy and proper at-home care. 
• Generate new clientele through promoting guest referrals and social media. 
• Perform various modalities, including 0Swedish, Sport, Deep Tissue, Aromatherapy, Prenatal, Reflexology, Hot Stone, Cold Stone, CBD Massage, and Cupping Therapy. 
• Conduct detailed consultations, complete S.O.A.P. notes; record and maintain accurate documentation and organize guest files after each visit.
• Maintain the treatment rooms in a clean, neat, and professional manner. This includes stocking products, sweeping, dusting, sanitizing etc. Help with washing, folding, and stocking of all linens used in treatment rooms.
• Attend Spa activities, including staff meetings and promotions, and contribute to self-marketing strategies. 
• Arrive early for scheduled work time and may be required to stay fifteen (15) minutes later beyond work schedule, if necessary.
• Present a professional, well-groomed appearance wearing black scrubs or black business-casual attire.
• Anticipate and address guests’ needs, assist guests in other departments and be helpful to the overall needs of The Spa. 
• Assist with promoting services, seasonal specials, gift certificates, and products both in person and through social media. 
• Strive to build and maintain loyal customers and ongoing clients by encouraging clients to book for continuing and future appointments.

The right candidate must have the following qualifications, and be able to perform the following duties and tasks:

• Must have a valid Maryland Cosmetology or Barber license. 
• Conduct thorough consultations to ensure expectations are met or managed. 
• Perform all skills necessary for hairstyling, including cutting, coloring with a range of techniques, shampooing, applying treatments, styling etc. 
• Ensure tidiness and cleanliness of beauty stations, clean and disinfect tools, dishes and implements. Help with washing, folding, and stocking of all linens used for services.
• Embrace The Spa’s core values of unity, honesty, kindness, positivity, responsibility, and gratitude. 
• Protect the workplace culture by recognizing and supporting team goals and building positive relationships with team members.
• Educate your guests and raise awareness about the benefits of regular hair services and proper at-home care.

• Generate new clientele through promoting client referrals and social media.
• Attend Spa activities, including staff meetings and promotions, and contribute to self-marketing strategies. 
• Arrive early for scheduled work time and may be required to stay fifteen (15) minutes later beyond work schedule if necessary.

• Must have a valid Maryland Cosmetology or Nail Technician license. 
• Perform all skills necessary for nail services: cleaning, cutting, buffing, shaping, removing polish, applying polish, provide hand and foot treatments and massages. 
• Conduct detailed consultations and recommend colors, type of polish, designs etc. based on guest needs and personal style. 
• Ensure tidiness and cleanliness of manicure/pedicure stations, clean and disinfect tools, dishes and implements. Help with washing, folding, and stocking of all linens used for services.

• Hold a valid Esthetician license in Maryland and successfully pass a background or reference check.
• Provide high-quality skincare and hair removal treatments that meet guests’ needs within the scope of practice and licensing guidelines in Maryland.
• Customize skincare services according to The Spa’s approved policies, protocols, and techniques to deliver personalized sessions.

• Conduct detailed skin consultations, maintain accurate documentation, and organize guest files after each visit.
• Maintain treatment rooms in a clean, neat, and professional manner, including stocking products and sanitizing equipment.
• Attend Spa activities, staff meetings, and promotions, actively contributing to self-marketing strategies.
• Adhere to scheduled work time, arrive early when necessary, and stay beyond work schedule when required.
• Present a professional and well-groomed appearance, wearing appropriate attire as outlined by The Spa.
• Anticipate and address guests’ needs, assist guests in other departments, and support the overall needs of The Spa.
