CANCELLATION POLICY
We know life gets busy. Our commitment to provide an exceptional guest experience at every appointment reservation. If a conflict develops and you cannot keep your appointment, please give us a minimum of 24 hours notice of rescheduling or canceling your appointment.
*A cancelation made within 24 hours will result in a 50% service charge and all future appointment reservations will need to be secured with a credit card.
RETURN POLICY
If you are unhappy with your purchase, please bring your receipt for credit that will be applied to your account at The Spa. Products are eligible for return for 14 days after purchase.
