CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that life can change unexpectedly, and it may affect your appointment with us. Please understand that every service is specially prepared for you, and we are committed to providing an exceptional experience at every reservation. If a conflict does develop, please provide 24 hours’ notice for rescheduling or canceling a reservation. A cancellation made within 24 hours, or a missed appointment without notice, will result in a 50% charge.
RETURN POLICY
If you are unhappy with your purchase, please bring your receipt for credit that will be applied to your account at The Spa. Products are eligible for return for 14 days after purchase.
